
Hi! I'm Caitlyn.
Cooking has always been one of the ways I care for the people around me. What started with college weekends spent making eggs Benedict for my roommates after late-night huevos rancheros grew into something deeper and more intentional over time. I attended culinary school, where I loved geeking out over technique, understanding the science behind flavor, and learning how small details can transform a dish.
I read cookbooks the way some people read a juicy beach novel, and my love language looks a lot like a simmering pot of homemade stock on the stove and sourdough bread in the oven. For me, cooking is equal parts craft, creativity, and care.
One of my favorite parts of the week is planning meals, grocery shopping, and prepping food that’s both nourishing and deeply satisfying. I believe good food should support your health and taste incredible, and I take pride in striking that balance in every meal.
I also know that not everyone enjoys meal planning and prep, or has the time or bandwidth for it. That’s where I come in.
It’s genuinely an honor to cook for you and help take something off your plate, so you can spend more time doing what matters most—whether that’s caring for your family, focusing on work, carving out time for yourself, or all of the above. My goal is to provide thoughtfully prepared, flavorful meals that make your life easier and your days a little more delicious.

How It Works
Browse the weekly menu and select any number of offerings that fit your needs. Once you’re ready, send your order request via email to info@caitwillcook.com
by Friday at 9 a.m. for that week’s delivery.
Meals are prepared fresh and delivered on Sunday evenings. Alternative pickup arrangements can also be coordinated if needed.
Please note that I’m only able to accommodate a limited number of clients each week. All orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, so early requests are encouraged.

Blended Berry Chia Pudding (GF) - $8
Creamy chia pudding blended with mixed berries and lightly sweetened with maple syrup for a light, high-protein and fiber breakfast.
Cilantro Orange Chicken with Broccoli (GF, DF) - $13
Bite-sized pieces of chicken sautéed and tossed in a sweet and savory orange-honey sauce with fresh cilantro. Served with roasted broccoli.
Salmon Piccata with Orzo and Asparagus - $15
Seared salmon served with creamy lemon parmesan orzo and asparagus.
Korean Beef Bowl (GF/DF)l - $13
Korean-style ground beef with gochujang sauce, served over rice with edamame.
Kale and Shrimp Salad (GF, DF)- $15
Kale with shrimp, shredded carrots, and toasted almonds, tossed in a Dijon, garlic, and tamari dressing.

Cottage Cheese Egg Bake with Sausage and Spinach (GF) - $35
Baked eggs blended with cottage cheese, spinach, parmesan and crumbled sausage for a protein-rich breakfast.
Baked Superfood Oatmeal (GF/DF) - $35
Baked oatmeal made with rolled oats, almond milk, banana, and almond butter, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and baked with blueberries. Finished with a toasty, nutty topping of pecans and coconut.

Bite-sized pieces of chicken sautéed and tossed in a sweet and savory orange-honey sauce with fresh cilantro. Served with roasted broccoli.

Freshly baked whole wheat sourdough sandwich bread made with hand-milled flour, naturally fermented for a soft crumb, subtle tang, and the added nutritional benefits of freshly milled whole grains. Perfect for toast or sandwiches.
White Sourdough Sandwich Bread (DF) - $14
A soft, fluffy sandwich loaf with a light texture and mild tang, perfect for everyday sandwiches and toast.
Sourdough Superfood Granola (DF) - $14
Crunchy, gut-friendly sourdough granola loaded with Bob's Red Mill protein oats, organic almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, sunflower kernels, and hemp seeds, lightly sweetened with honey, maple syrup, and cinnamon for a fiber- and protein-rich boost Perfect over yogurt, with milk, or by the handful.
