Hi! I'm Caitlyn.

Cooking has always been one of the ways I care for the people around me. What started with college weekends spent making eggs Benedict for my roommates after late-night huevos rancheros grew into something deeper and more intentional over time. I attended culinary school, where I loved geeking out over technique, understanding the science behind flavor, and learning how small details can transform a dish.
 

I read cookbooks the way some people read a juicy beach novel, and my love language looks a lot like a simmering pot of homemade stock on the stove and sourdough bread in the oven. For me, cooking is equal parts craft, creativity, and care.
 

One of my favorite parts of the week is planning meals, grocery shopping, and prepping food that’s both nourishing and deeply satisfying. I believe good food should support your health and taste incredible, and I take pride in striking that balance in every meal.


I also know that not everyone enjoys meal planning and prep, or has the time or bandwidth for it. That’s where I come in.


It’s genuinely an honor to cook for you and help take something off your plate, so you can spend more time doing what matters most—whether that’s caring for your family, focusing on work, carving out time for yourself, or all of the above. My goal is to provide thoughtfully prepared, flavorful meals that make your life easier and your days a little more delicious.

For Week of March 16, 2026

How It Works

Browse the weekly menu and select any number of offerings that fit your needs. Once you’re ready, send your order request via email to info@caitwillcook.com
by Friday at 9 a.m. for that week’s delivery.
 

Meals are prepared fresh and delivered on Sunday evenings. Alternative pickup arrangements can also be coordinated if needed.
 

Please note that I’m only able to accommodate a limited number of clients each week. All orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, so early requests are encouraged.

Individual Meals

Egg Muffins with Roasted Potatoes (GF) - $7
Fluffy baked egg muffins with ham and cheese served alongside crispy roasted potatoes for an easy, protein-packed breakfast.

Pesto Turkey Meatballs with Spiralized Sweet Potato  - $13
Juicy turkey meatballs mixed with basil pesto and baked until golden, served over sautéed spiralized sweet potato for a light, flavorful meal.
 

Caesar Baked Salmon with Broccoli (GF/DF)- $15

Oven-roasted salmon coated in a creamy Caesar-style topping, served with roasted broccoli.

Chicken Cashew Salad (GF/DF) - $13

Shredded chicken tossed with crunchy cashews, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful tahini sesame-style dressing.

Lightened up Chicken Alfredo with Spinach - $13

Tender chicken and pasta tossed in a creamy, protein-rich Alfredo sauce made with cottage cheese and parmesan, finished with wilted spinach.

Family Style Meals

Cottage Cheese Egg Bake with Sausage and Spinach (GF) - $25

Baked eggs blended with cottage cheese, spinach, parmesan and crumbled sausage for a protein-rich breakfast.

Pesto Turkey Meatballs with Spiralized Sweet Potato  - $40

Juicy turkey meatballs mixed with basil pesto and baked until golden, served over sautéed spiralized sweet potato for a light, flavorful meal.

Zuppa Toscana (GF-DF)  - $35

A lighter take on the classic Italian soup with sausage, potatoes, and kale simmered in a creamy garlic broth made with coconut milk.

Lightened up Chicken Alfredo with Spinach - $40

Tender chicken and pasta tossed in a creamy, protein-rich Alfredo sauce made with cottage cheese and parmesan, finished with wilted spinach.

Thai Red Curry with Chicken and Spinach  (GF/DF) - $40

Chicken simmered in a fragrant coconut red curry sauce with garlic, ginger, and vegetables, finished with fresh spinach. Served with jasmine rice. 

Add-Ons

Sourdough Superfood Granola (DF) - $14 
Crunchy, gut-friendly sourdough granola loaded with Bob's Red Mill protein oats, organic almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, sunflower kernels, and hemp seeds, lightly sweetened with honey, maple syrup, and cinnamon for a fiber- and protein-rich boost Perfect over yogurt, with milk, or by the handful.

Blueberry Lemon Granola (GF/DF)- $14
Crunchy homemade granola with toasted oats, almonds, and coconut, brightened with fresh lemon zest and lightly sweetened with maple syrup. Finished with dried blueberries for a sweet, tangy bite. Perfect over yogurt, with milk, or by the handful.

Whole Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Bread (DF) - $14
Freshly baked whole wheat sourdough sandwich bread made with hand-milled flour, naturally fermented for a soft crumb, subtle tang, and the added nutritional benefits of freshly milled whole grains. Perfect for toast or sandwiches.

Service
